What are the visiting hours?
General visiting hours for admitted patients are in the afternoon and early evening. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day, every day.
What should I bring on admission?
Bring your CNIC (or a guardian's CNIC for children), any previous prescriptions, test reports and current medicines. A change of clothes and basic personal items help make the stay comfortable.
What are the payment options?
Treatment is subsidised and charges are kept as low as possible. Payment is accepted at the hospital counter, and deserving patients can request welfare support from the administration.
Do you accept insurance or panel cards?
Please speak to the reception desk before treatment for the current position on insurance and panel arrangements, so your options can be confirmed in advance.
Do I need an appointment for OPD?
No appointment is needed for general OPD — patients are seen in order of arrival during OPD timings. Coming earlier in the day usually means a shorter wait.
